Exactly these annoying situations inspire us to create innovative solutions for our products. From these praxis orientated situations we develop new ideas and apply them to our clothes.

Moving from a prototype up to a sample

Creating a prototype: From ideas patterns are created and prototypes are the outcome. These prototypes go under a testing phase, where we rethink all details, test the product, make changes to different parts…

The sample is created. This includes choosing fabric, colours and special features. Again these samples go through a testing phase. Besides our regular testing we also hand over our samples to the renown TÜV or SGS laboratories. This way we make sure that any problems or any weaknesses with fabrics are detected. As soon as the testing phase is finalized we can begin with the actual production. From the idea of a product up to the production phase months can pass by. Dependent on how complicated a product is and how many different tests a product goes through a lot of time is needed.

Minimal Resource Utilisation

With every development step we make sure that waste, colours, buttons and zippers are used wisely and not wasted. Further we act environmentally friendly. triple2 sportswear makes use of recycled paper, the electricity we use comes from Bavarian renewable energies, our computers are true energy savers, our homepage runs with servers that solely make use of green energy and our office makes use of district heating.

The whole development of our products is accomplished in our Munich office.
